Cake mixes just complete with Eggs, Milk Cream, Baking Powder and Vanillina.
Without preservatives, food coloring and OGM Free.
Prepared by semi-artisanal mixing process of flours, Potato starch and highest quality ingredients simply dried, and baking powder.
Add only Milk

INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour, potato starch, sugar, cacao 5%, milk cream powder, yolk powder, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, bicarbonate of soda), salt, vanillin

Features :
Cacao Cake it is a worldwide cake. Using only Natural cacao, without any acid correction, we prepared this special mix with the all the taste of the cacao.
Ruggeri prepared this mix following the original receipe, selecting only the best flours, the precious potato starch, the milk cream instead of butter and Italian yolk.
Just add Milk and get a natural cake with taste and smell insuperable.

DIRECTIONS :
Into a bowl sour 500 gr. of Cacao Cake Mix. Add 200 ml. of milk and mix well with a mixer for about 5' min. Put the cream obtained into a cake pan (24 cm. diameter suggested) and then put in preheated oven at 170°C for about 30'-35' min.
Check with a thootpick that is well coocked inside before you remove it from the oven.
Let it cool in the oven with the door slightly open before serve.
