FRESH EGG PAST MIXES 400 Gr. Pack
Contains only semolina obtained by milling the best selections of Italian durum wheat and egg yolk. Just teh original Italian recipe.
Add only water, mix and get your Italian pasta ready in 3 minutes.

DIRECTIONS :
Into a bowl sour 400 gr. of Fresh Egg Pasta mix. Add 200 ml. of water and mix well for about 1' min.
When you get a solid dough, slice it in 2 portions.
On a lightly floured surface, with a pasta machine or by hand, roll dough out to desired thinness (better 2 mm.)
You can use pasta machine to get tagliatelle or lasagne or, the easiest thing to do is, roll the sheet of dough up into a tube, then slice the tube into rounds of the desired width and shake the skeet out with your hands to free the strands; set them to dry on a rack or between two chair backs, supported by a towel.
