Potato Gnocchi

POTATO GNOCCHI MIXES
300 Gr. Pack
Potato Gnocchi (dumplign) mixes . 4 Portions
Mix made only with potato flour, wheat flour, durum flour, eggs and salt. Just teh original Italian recipe.
Add only water, mix and get your Italian Gnocchi ready in 3 minutes.

DIRECTIONS :
Into a bowl sour 300 gr. of Potato Gnocchi mix. Add 360 ml. of water and mix well for about 1' min. When you get a solid dough, slice it in 5/6 portions. Roll the slices by hand shaping as long loaf. Cut as many dumpling as you can of about 2 cm. of lenght. To avoid that they stick each other, flour with rice or mize flour.
Put in boilng salted water and wait until the dumpling came up to the surface. Remove from water using a slotted spoon and serve warm with your preferred dressing. We suggest Italian ragout.

Croquettes
with the same mixes you can prepare also the potato croquettes.
Into a bowl sour 300 gr. of Potato Gnocchi mix. Add 360 ml. of water and mix well for about 1' min. When you get a solid dough, slice it in 5/6 portions. Roll the slices by hand shaping as long loaf. Cut as many croquettes as you can of about 6 cm. of lenght. To avoid that they stick each other, flour with rice or mize flour.
In a bowl mix 2 eggs with some grinded parmesan cheese and salt. In another dish prepare same grinded bread. Put the croquettes inside teh bowl with the eggs and parmesan, and then in the dish with the grinded bread.
Now put the croquettes into boiling oil for about 3 minutes and serve warm.

Features :
Potato Gnocchi is one of the most famous Italian recipe. In all Italian house usually this main course substitute the pasta and spaghetti.
